Hello
I have been a member for about 6 weeks now. Would really like to find a few support contacts in the "rainbow room".
I have lost about 12 lbs so far.

Thanks for the encouragement. I know men have a tendancy to loose faster in the beginning, but my history tells me that there comes a time when the weight loss slows down. I really intend to see this through to my goal no matter how long it takes.

I am so glad to see a Rainbow Room in Jenny Craig! I am a married mom with two kids, but would you believe that when i was growing up out of 6 kids in the neighborhood only two of us were straight? Spent more QUALITY TIME around my gay friends than I ever did my straight friends, and learned early that people are just people. If anyone needs a straight buddy who sees a RAINBOW BUDDY as just a JC BUDDY and really understands.....just yell!

I'm doing a study on MPLS. Though I've read it many times, I'm not able to get hold of a few things... I'd be grateful if someone could let me know about the following:

1. MPLS has a TTL field. But IP already has one. I know both TTLs are of different layers but aren't we wasting 8-bits?

2. What is MPLS trying to achieve? Are we trying to achieve better CPU utilization at the cost of inefficient Bandwidth utilization? (Thats because of an extra TTL)

3. What would be the approx increase in the efficiency compared to a standalone IP Network after MPLS has been implemented?

4. Routers are to be reprogrammed to be made compatible with MPLS. How difficult would that be?
