I am scared to get back on the scale. I just joined JC May 17th. I lost 9 lbs the first week the second week I gained 3.3 lbs, I have not been on the scale since. I just started my 4th week today. I have been diligent in sticking to my food plan. I have been working out everyday! I can tell a difference in my clothes, but I am scared to get back on the scale. Is it ok not to weigh every week. I do plan to try and get on the scale on Monday. Could it be that I dropped to quickly the first week.

Absolutely it could be because of that huge loss the first week. Your poor body needed to catch up.
Just follow the program and weigh in EACH WEEK and up, down or the same, if you're following the program properly you're going to lose. You definitely won't lose a huge amount each week like the first week, but it will all level out for you and soon you'll see a steady decline in your weight.
Don't let that nasty scale have this much power over you. It's honestly not worth the worrying and the anxiety. You'll be just fine.

Thanks I feel pretty good this morning. I am sticking with the plan and the hardest thing for me is the working out. I am VERY proud of myself, I have worked out every morning since May 25th. Thanks for the support!

Diva, a lot of us have trouble with the exercise part. I think that as time goes on and you're feeling more energetic and not carrying around as much weight, you might find that it gets easier. I sure hope so!
I find that I'm walking at night after dinner which is new for me and I told hubby last night that I'd like to increase the distance. He sort of gulped but agreed - he's always trying to take the short cut home!
