I live in Seattle, and I went to Bartells (like a Walgreens but local) and found they were selling Nutrisystem popcorn snack packs. They are really yummy! They were on sale for $.99 . They are 100 cals, 2.5 g fat, 1 g fiber 8 g protein and 160mg sodium. They taste like Kettle corn, and have been a life saver for me when I need to crunch on something that is not carrot sticks! Not that I am pushing that brand at all, but I figured I could share. Also, their bars are pretty tasty.
I am always on the lookout for JC substitutes that are cost effective.

Great site! I started a week prior to joining JC and comparing nutritional values etc. and lost 7 lbs on my own before my first paid sign up so I know this can work. I'll be starting my 3rd week on Fri- Dec.8th and will Not be able to take money from my tight food budget for my family. Yes, I already got the talk about "isn't my health worth it" but my husband and four kids also need meals. We stopped buying all the junk food months ago, so I found out these tidbits:
Cheerios muti grain 1 cup! (JC oats) plus nf milk=140 cal.
Aunt jamima french toast 1 1/2 slices =180 cal.
Amys' vegi lasagna=310 cal.
plus I really miss eggs so I bought those omega eggs and I spray pan w, Pam and cook 2 eggs over med w . I piece of toast sprayed with I can't believe its not butter spray =210 cal.
I also use those 100 cal. packs , they are great! and
try the Skinny cow sugar free ,97% FF ice cream sandwiches 7 for @ $4,= 140 cal and 5 grams of FIBER!
Great going guys! keep going!

In fact, many of the lean pockets could probably be substituted for either Jenny's breakfast stuffed sandwich or the chicken stuffed sandwich. Here's a link to Lean Pockets nutritional info: http://www.hotpockets.com/lean/products/products.asp?ID=368

For all those who lauded the Powerbar Pria, I'm going to have disagree and give it a definite two thumbs down... :P
To each our own, yadda yadda, but for me, it was like all other powerbars (which I dislike in general, so maybe that's the problem) - somewhat chalky and grainy and weird. I'm going back to my yogurt + vitamin tomorrow. (Oh- and I substitute my own vitamins).

In my supermarket they sell great frozen veggies in steam bags - you just put the entire bag in the microwave for 6 minutes and it's all done! then season as you like -
There are a lot of varieties - mixed veggies, a stir fry mix with seasoning, etc.

Here are a few good substitutes I have found:
Smart Ones Thai Style Chicken and Rice Noodles (260 cal, 4g fat, 570 sodium, 43 CHO, 14g protein)
Lean cuisine Chicken Mediterranean ((220 cal, 4g fat, 590 sodium, 30g CHO, 16g protein)
Amy's spinach feta pocket sandwich, roasted vegetable pocket sandwich and spinach pizza pocket sandwich (calories range from230-280, fat is 8-9g, sodium 480-590, CHO 34-37 and protein 6-13g)
Also Trader Joe's has a 99% fat free bean and rice burrito that is 260 Cal, 1g fat,490 sodium, 48g CHO and 13 g protein.
Also, some great comparable cereals:
Trader Joe's organic morning lite, Trader Joe's Soy and Flax clusters, Nature's Path Organic Optimum Power Breakfast, and Barbara's Cinnamon Puffins. You can get them all at Trader Joe's. The Optimum Power Breakfast I've also seen at Costco and Safeway, and the Puffin's are in Safeway too. All the calories and fat, etc are pretty close to the JC cereals for a 1 cup serving, and the Organic Morning Delite you can have more than one cup.

Nikki209 -
I love the granola too, though I think we're in the minority because I have never seen anyone else mention that they love it or say it is a favorite food. But with yogurt it is my favorite breakfast.
Unfortunately I've tried MANY other types of granola in search of a substitute and have not found anything as good. I hope this will help you as I've already wasted a lot of money looking for a substitute so if you keep buying the expensive stuff at JC you will probably come out ahead!!

Nikki209 & Nycbabe- I love the granola too, I have looked around at the grocery store a bit but have not tried any. Once a week I mix mine with yogurt and berries - once in awhile I throw in a banana. Yumm!

This is how I do my veggies
Asparagus, peppers and whatever else veggies you like-put on baking sheet-spray with olive oil spray put salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes 375.
Also, i cook my green beans or pole beans in 1/2 chicken broth and 1/2 water. it tastes like a ham hock was in there. YUM

From day one, I did the yogurt and vitamin. I like the Dannon Activia Light Fat Free Raspberry, but it's a 4oz container instead of 6oz.

I make my own granola, but it is NOT low calorie. I add 1-2 tbsp to my yogurt or on top of a fruit serving like fruit cup. I like to add a tbsp of real parmesan to lots of the meals for pizazz, or on spinach salad with balsamic dressing. Heat the dressing and add some bacon bits and you have hot bacon salad!
I use the 100 cal snack packs for snacks as well.

I like Healthy Choice Country Vegetable soup. One can is comparable to the JC vegetable soup. Sodium is higher though.
