Please remove all the messages from Cravin1964.

Hey Bara,
What I said was in defence because I was attacked by 2 people there...One of course is Deej!!
So you know what .....Mind your own business
If they can dish it out I can defend myself.
Which I shouldn't have to here on this site.
There are alot of cruel women here including yourself!

Over the past two years I have given much advice to new Jenny Craig people and been supportive to all who ask for it. I have helped celebrate losses and consoled people when they were feeling down about results.
The only time we see posts from you is when something offends you. I have never seen you make any kind of positive contribution to this board.
Your opinion of me is just that, your's. I have also over the last two years recieved many messages on how I am an inpiration to others with my results and ability to stick to the program.

Take a deep breath. Visualize...breath in postive + signs, release and exhale the negative - signs. Okay, are my California hippy tendencies showing?!?
I'd like to encourage all of you to use our online journal when you feel you need to vent. Post your entry in your "Mind" section. It may be interesting to reflect back upon it later and see if you feel the issue that got you all riled up was worth all the consternation that it caused.
You can release your frustrations in writing there, without detracting from the support function of our boards.
Will you agree with everyone you see here? No. But just because you don't agree with someone's point of view, doesn't mean you have to knock them down with your view. (This goes both ways.)
Posting rude and hurtful things on the message boards is counter productive to what the SUPPORT BOARDS are for.
This is not aimed at just the posters of this topic, but from now on ... mean, spiteful, rude posts will be deleted.
Now, I'm going to eat my apple fritter. And I'll toss in a tip on how to relax in Monday's Weekly Tip.

the twenty seconds or so it takes to read some of these threads gets me over my cravings so I am all for the drama these message boards offer!! I believe each person is entitled to his/her opinion...sometimes we differ and need to accept it and move on ..I respect all of your opinions and I would hate to see any of it censored...just keep it clean and respectful and we all could learn from it!! Deej...I have seen your messages for the last 2 years I have been and you have been an inspiration...I have been maintaining for almost 2 years in may of this year...thanks for being there...people like me may not always respond but we still stay in touch and read threads as I have for the 2 years I have been on the jc program.
