I do my own menus. The last time I printed my menu (several weeks ago) Southwestern Chicken w/Rice & Beans was under the dinner menu. Today when I tried to print it out it was under the lunch menu. Which is it? Don't know if this should be directed to the web master or the dietitian. I'll take any help I can get. Thanks.

The planned menus have changed a bit so if you are using those that may explain it. If you are using a personalized menu I would recommend re-entering it to take advantage of our latest menu planner updates!

Try It Again-
You're correct, the Southwestern Chicken is now featured in the Lunch category. The Product Development Department recently reformulated the Southwestern Chicken so that it is moister. As a result, the calories and other nutritional macronutrients decreased (it went from 290 calories to 250 calories). Based on the new nutritional information, it falls in the lunch category.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to post them under "Ask the Dietitian" or contact your local centre.
Best wishes.

Thanks for clearing this up for me, too. I noticed when I went to personalize my menu this week that it wasn't under the dinner section, but I failed to notice it under the lunch section.
I'll keep that in mind for next week.

I have a question...I need my starbucks latte in the morning what can I change around so that I can have it? I get it with nonfat milk and sometimes most times I get sugar free vanilla but if I have a headache makes it worse so the rest of the time I get pumpkin spice.

That's what I drink too! My consultant told me that 1 small late with skim milk and sugar free vanilla can go in place of a calcium... thus skip your vitamin bar for that day.

I had my 1st small Pumpkin Spice Latte yesterday - then I looked it up. If it's decaf, made with skim milk and has no whipped cream, it has 210 calories, no fat and 40 carbs. I won't do that again. I'd rather have a desdert. I have to admist it was awfully good.

Yes, those are WAY too good. I have to steer clear of Starbucks because I don't care for the sugar free syrups. DARN!
