Hello Ladies,
I'm an aussie but currently live in California (I married a yank). I'm on the US JC program but will be visiting the homeland in September/October. I am addicted to fat free cool whip (it's a free food over here and I seem to eat quite a lot of it)!! Anyway, I never had it when I lived in Australia and I just wondered if it is available over there. Thanks very much.

Hello There
I am from Perth Australia and have just started. I am on my second day. So far so good. Would love some inspiration like how much everyone has lost and how long it has taken.
Sorry if this sound all rushed my kids are fighting!
Will be back on later

Hi to all,
Penny ,I hope your kids have stopped fighting and you are enjoying the sunny...???...Perth weather.I'm in Melbourne and it has been more like Spring here-crisp mornings and sunny days but it does start to get chilly about 4pm!
A@K-you must be looking forward to your trip back home!!!There is nothing like spending time with family and friends so enjoy every moment although I'm sure the time will go all too quickly
I have never heard of the cool whip you mentioned but if you let me know exactly what it is and perhaps the nutrional value I would be happy to find out more
Take care and keep in touch

Hey Penny,
So far I have lost about 11 kilos in about 20 weeks.I'm pretty happy with that but I would like to lose another 5 if I can.I have put the program on hold for a couple of weeks because my Mum is really sick and I found it all too much to deal with.My JC consultants have been really kind and supportive so I am looking forward to seeing them again next Friday
I have made sure I keep going to the gym so hopefully I won't have done too much damage!!!!
I hope you do well at your weigh in-let me know how you go.Bye for now

I'm an American living in Australia, and sadly Cool Whip is one of the many American Foods not available here. It made it hard when I first moved here as I couldn't have so many things that I really missed from home.
