I love this too, but if you look at the nutrition amount the sodium is through the roof. I've actually duplicated this for less calories, fat and sodium. I use the non fat low cal Bush Beans with No added salt or sugar, I use Kraft Free BBQ sauce (it took a few of them to find right match in flavor, but I ended right back at the regular flavor, I think JC added sugar to theirs) I buy the boneless chicken breast (Perdue 100 calories per 4 oz), cut/weigh them and freeze the leftovers for another time. I let my hubby taste JC's and then mine and he said mine was better.
