Hey Spoonie,
I am new to JC, (a couple of weeks) and would love a buddy if nothing else. I live in the Nashville area too (Brentwood) and would love to ask you some questions..etc. I NEED to walk, but find it challenging with bone spurs and fibromyalgia, but wouldn't mind giving that a try also if you live pretty close by. Just let me know. Hope that your week is going well. I have lost 6 lbs so far.
