I am now on day 4 of my Jenny Craig diet. I have already lost 4 pounds but it has been difficult. I have been thinking about food non stop for the last couple days. My boyfriend bought the Jenny Craig food with me for my first week but he will eat out or eat other foods at home. Usually I would be right by his side eating with him. Don't get me wrong the Jenny food is great but it would be a lot easier if only I had self control to begin with. Iam on my way to a great start and I have practiced self control successfully.
